DRYKOPOXI PISO PRIMER

Primer based on epoxy resin for coating and epoxy and polyurethane paints, has application characteristics on wet surfaces with excellent adhesion.
Indicated for:
- Concrete, metal, wood and other surfaces;
- Use for industrial and commercial areas;
- Parking and tours;
- Primer for epoxy painting and polyurethanes in general;
- Anti-corrosion treatment.
The substrate for application of DRYKOPOXI PISO PRIMER must be clean, free of foreign bodies, form remains, hardware tips, remains of mold release or impregnating products, flaws and nests. In smooth concrete, sand mechanically to open porosity and remove mold release agents, curing agents and surface hardeners.
Carry out high pressure washing and wait for the surface to dry.
Cracks and cracks must be treated with DRYKOPOXI structural adhesive and wait for curing according to the product’s instructions for use. If necessary, carry out repairs on the concrete surface, this must be done with structural mortar.
When necessary, perform regularization with a minimum drop of 1% towards the water drainage points for external areas and 0.5% for internal areas, prepared with cement mortar and medium sand 1: 4, adding DRYKOFIX adhesive emulsion in the kneading water for better adherence to the substrate. The mortar must be finished with a minimum thickness of 2 cm. It is worth mentioning that lime and water-repellent additive should not be placed in the regularization mortar.
The use of mortar is not recommended for vehicle and cargo traffic areas.
Product preparation
Mix the components individually with the aid of a low-speed propeller mixer for approximately 2 minutes.
During mixing add all component B to component A and keep mixing for another 2 minutes until you have a homogeneous product.
Product application
Apply a single coat of the product with an epoxy wool roller without leaving a product build-up on the surface, wait for drying for at least 3 hours before applying the paint or membrane.

Gray, White, Yellow and Red.

0.15 to 0.20 kg / m²
Cleaning
The cleaning of tools and equipment can be performed with solvent before drying the product, after drying the removal must be carried out mechanically.
Valid for 12 months from the date of manufacture as long as the storage standards are respected.
Store in a covered, dry, ventilated place and away from heat sources, in environments with temperatures not exceeding 30° C and in an upright position.
- Handle with care. Avoid strong shocks and contact with sharp surfaces.
- We recommend observing the safety rules established by Organs competent bodies and the use of appropriate PPE.
- The product should not be ingested or come into contact with the skin or eyes.
- In case of accidental ingestion, do not force vomit. In contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water for at least 15 minutes. In contact with the skin, wash well with soap and water and use moisturizer. Do not remove the product. Search for a doctor.
- Keep out of reach of children and animals.
- Indoors, if necessary, create forced ventilation.
